INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT UNDER TWO FAILED BIDDINGS FOR THE PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICES FOR THE BLS, SFA AND MCIM TRAINING

Approved Budget for the Contract: P127,800.00

In view of two (2) consecutive failed public biddings, the Municipality of Remedios T. Romualdez, Agusan del Norte Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested bidders to participate in the negotiation for the Provision of Catering Services for the BLS, SFA and MCIM Training in accordance with Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”

The Municipality of Remedios T. Romualdez, Agusan del Norte now invites bids for the Provision of Catering Services for the BLS, SFA and MCIM Training.

Opening of Eligibility Documents, Technical Proposal, and Best and Final Offer shall be on May 16, 2023, 10:00 a.m. at BAC Office, 2nd Floor, RTR Municipal Building. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below.

The Municipality of Remedios T. Romualdez, Agusan del Norte reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 41 of RA 9184 and its IRR, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
