This Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 1 is being issued to revise provisions/specifications in the Bidding Documents, decreasing number of quantity and amending the title posted in PhilGEPS invitation, to address queries/clarifications raised by bidder during the pre-bid conference conducted on January 20, 2021 for the aforecited project.
