Please quote your lowest price on the item/s listed below, subject to the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein and submit your quotation duly signed by your representative not later than March 17, 2023, 10:00 o’clock in the morning at BAC Office, RTRomualdez, Agusan del Norte
Opening of Price Quotation: March 17, 2023, 10:00 a.m. at BAC Office, RTR, Agusan del Norte
Supplier shall submit the following requirements:
a. Duly signed Request for Quotation. Prices shall be quoted in Philippine Peso.
b. Mayor’s/business permit
c. DTI/SEC/CDA Registration
d. Philgeps Registration
e. Income/business tax return
f. Omnibus Sworn Statement
All deliveries by suppliers shall be subject to inspection and acceptance by the end-user.
Items shall be delivered to RTR Municipal Building, RTRomualdez, Agusan del Norte
The supplier who submitted the lowest calculated responsive quotation shall be awarded the Purchase Order after evaluation.
Delivery items shall be made within 7 calendar days from date of receipt of Purchase Order. Price validity shall be for a period of 90 calendar days.
