Dear Engr. Boquilon:

We are happy to notify you that the Supply and Delivery of Various Landscaping Materials, Construction Materials and Supplies for the Development of Tagnote Falls Mountain Park Phase 2, RTRomualdez, Agusan del Norte is hereby awarded to you as the Bidder with the Single Calculated and Responsive Bid at a Contract Price equivalent to TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN PESOS ONLY (Php2,117,147.00).

You are therefore required, within ten (10) days from the receipt of this Notice of Award to submit the Performance Security in the form and the amount stipulated in the Instructions to Bidders. Failure to provide the Performance Security shall constitute a sufficient ground for cancellation of this award and forfeiture of your Bid Security.
