INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MUNICIPAL CANTEEN 

1. The Municipality of Remedios T. Romualdez, Agusan del Norte, through the GF Special Purpose Appropriation (Repair & Maintenance of Government Facility) intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHT PESOS AND 50/100 (P187,858.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for the Construction of Municipal Canteen. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Remedios T. Romualdez now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for the Construction of Municipal Canteen. Delivery of the Goods shall not exceed thirty (30) calendar days upon winning bidder’s receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Office of the BAC, RTR, Agusan del Norte and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on August 25, 2018-September 14, 2018 from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (P500.00).

The Pre-Bid Conference will be on ______; ____ o’clock in the morning at the Office of the BAC, 2nd Floor, Municipal Building, RTR, Agusan del Norte.

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before September 14, 2018; at the Office of the BAC, 2nd Floor, Municipal Building, RTR, Agusan del Norte. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause. 

Bid opening shall be on September 14, 2018; 2:00 o’clock p.m. at Office of the BAC, 2nd Floor, Municipal Building, RTR, Agusan del Norte. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.

6. The Municipality of Remedios T. Romualdez, Agusan del Norte reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
