AWARD FOR QN 2020-12-239
WHEREAS, there is an approved Purchase Request (PR) No. 0659 with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of P60,000.00 for the Procurement of Office Equipment Parts and Accessories;
WHEREAS, the Bids and Awards Committee was authorized to resort to Alternative Methods of Procurement in accordance with the provisions of Section 53.9 of the IRR of RA 9184 (Negotiated Procurement under Small Value Procurement);
WHEREAS, the BAC, thru its Secretariat has undertaken the following activities:
Posted Quotation No. . 2020-12-239 at the LGU Website, Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and BAC Bulletin Board on January 5, 2021 and set the deadline of submission of bids on 11th January 2021, 10:00 a.m.;
Requested quotations from three (3) suppliers of known qualifications;
a. Mid-Town Computer
b. JMN Multimedia
c. Datalan Communication Services
Received three (3) price quotation/s from the following suppliers, namely:
a. Datalan Communication Services
b. Mid-Town Computer
c. JMN Multimedia
WHEREAS, the BAC opened the submitted quotations on January 11, 2021; 10:00 o’clock in the morning at BAC Office;
WHEREAS, the BAC, upon recommendation from the technical evaluator and upon due deliberation of the submitted price quotations, found that the offer of Datalan Communication Services as the lowest calculated and responsive quotation:
