RESOLUTION NO. AMP-025
AWARD FOR QN 2020-12-245

 

            WHEREAS, there is an approved Purchase Request (PR) No. 0646-C with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of P67,500.00 for the Catering Services during the Year End Assessment CY 2020;

 

            WHEREAS, the Bids and Awards Committee was authorized to resort to Alternative Methods of Procurement in accordance with the provisions of Section 53.9 of the IRR of RA 9184 (Negotiated Procurement under Small Value Procurement);

            WHEREAS, the BAC, thru its Secretariat has undertaken the following activities:

            Posted Quotation No. . 2020-12-245  at the LGU Website, Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and BAC Bulletin Board on 23 December   2020 and set the deadline of submission of bids on 29th December  2020, 10:00 a.m.;
 
            Requested quotations from three (3) suppliers of known qualifications;

a.       Jelai and Twin Store

b.       JJ Carenderia   

c.       Francisco Eatery  

Received three (3) price quotation/s from the following suppliers, namely:

   

      a.     JJ Carenderia

b.    Jelai and Twin Store

c.     Francisco Eatery  

WHEREAS, the BAC opened the submitted quotations on December 29, 2020; 10:00 o’clock in the morning at BAC Office; 

WHEREAS, the BAC, upon recommendation from the technical evaluator and upon due deliberation of the submitted price quotations, found that the offer of JJ Carenderia    as the lowest calculated and responsive quotation:

            NOW THEREFORE, on the basis of the foregoing, it is HEREBY RESOLVED that the above item/s be awarded to and be procured from JJ Carenderia;                 

    This 29th day of December 2020 at the Office of the BAC, Remedios T. Romualdez, Agusan del Norte.
